Summary
To study the function of NR1D1 in cell cycle in Xp11.2 translocation renal cell carcinoma, we interfered NR1D1 in UOK109 and UOK120, then RNA-seq was performed to evaluate the expression of gene on cell cycle, cell cycle was enriched in GSEA enrichment analysis.
