Single-cell Sequencing of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) during cardiac differentiation and EHM

GSE240475 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/08/01 Platform GPL30173
Summary
In this study, we set out to map the transcriptomes of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) that underwent in vitro cardiac-directed differentiation from pluripo- tency to mesodermal commitment to 2D beating heart muscle cultures and finally to 3D- engineered heart myocardium (EHM) rings at single cell resolution.
