Effect of EGR1 on gene expression during SFTSV-infeced HUVECs

GSE242070 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/07/09 Platform GPL24676
Summary
During viral infections, EGR1 expression can facilitate either an anti-viral or pro-viral cellular state, depending on the virus and the transcriptional events regulated by EGR1. We here report that SFTSV infection could promote the EGR1 expression. Our observations revealed similar results to other studies, underscoring the biological relevance and general importance of EGR1 in viral infections.
