Summary
As PPAR-gamma is a nuclear receptor acting as a transcription factor regulating the expression of multiple genes and to better understand the signaling pathways involved, we performed RNAseq analysis on AML cell lines cultured in the absence or presence of pioglitazone or darglitazone.
