Summary
To evaluate the genetic changes of systemic CD8+T cells induced by microwave ablation(MWA+PBS) or microwave ablation combined with 2DG(MWA+2DG),We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different spleens from two group of mice.
