Summary
Transcriptomic analysis of androgen responsive LNCaP cells depleted (RPS6KB1 KO), overexpressing for RPS6KB1 (RPS6KB1 OE) and treated with berberine (24h treatment with 5 microg/ml prior to radiation) in combination with radiation. Results provide insight into the role of RPS6KB1 in response to radiation.
