Summary
This project aims to identify neuronal signatures in the hippocampus of Home Cage WT mice. For this, we sorted neuronal and non neuronal nuclei (NeuN+ and NeuN- ) of total hippocampus from 5-month-old WT mice. ChIP experiments were performed for 2 different histone marks (H3K27me3 and H3K27ac) in about 4-500000 sorted NeuN+ and NeuN- nuclei. H3K27ac signatures were also assessed in 12 month-old WT mice. We have INPUT DNA For each condition (NeuN+ and NeuN-).
