Glycolysis inhibition by 2-Deoxy-D-Glucose sustains a distinct cell pluripotency state in human pluripotency stem cells

GSE247041 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 23 samples 2024/06/01 GPL16791
Summary
To investigate the function glycolysis in the regulation of hPSC pluripotency, we processed glycolysis inhibition (2DG) treamtent in E8 medium for 5 cell passages in H1/H9 ESCs and NL1/NL4 hiPSCs.
