Summary
CD4 T and B cells are considered pivotal in driving immune responses in the context of allograft rejection. However, CD4 T and B cell transcriptional profiles according to type of allograft rejection is poorly characterized. We used scRNAseq to profile blood CD4 T and B cells in antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR), T cell mediated rejection (TCMR) and patients without rejection (STABLE).
