Summary
Topical dithranol (anthralin) has remained an effective anti-psoriatic agent. Although dithranol has been used for many years, it has never been fully revealed how dithranol exerts its anti-psoriatic mechanisms.Thus, we studied the therapeutic mechanisms of this drug in serial biopsies from human psoriatic lesions.
