Summary
We report the high purity generation of SGN-like cells wrapped by peripheral glia, as well as neighboring inner ear cells, from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and provide definitive evidence of their cell identity. Using single-cell RNA sequencing, we identified four transcriptomically distinct human SGN clusters.
