Summary
Allosteric SHP2 inhibitors have been shown to be effective against RTKs and certain KRAS mutation-driven tumors in preclinical models. However, the comprehensive effects of SHP2 inhibitors on cellular signaling, particularly the inhibition of its phosphatase function, remain unclear.
