Summary
We performed ATAC (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin) sequencing of interstitial (LepR-Cre-) and adventitial (LepR-Cre+) cardiac fibroblasts in both the neonatal period (P7) and adulthood (P56). These ATAC-seq studies revealed that at P7 adventitial LepR-Cre+ cardiac fibroblasts and interstital LepR-Cre- cardiac fibroblasts exhibited abundant epigenomic differences.
