Summary
To identify the function of RBP SAMD4A in hESC self-renewal and lineage specification. We constructed SAMD4A knockdown hESCs. We performed RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) on WT and SAMD4A knockdown human embryonic stem cells and analyzed the gene expression profiling using the data.
