Summary
TEAD transcription factors associate with the hippo pathway effectors YAP/TAZ and mediate their oncogenic effect. To inhibit YAP activity, we developed a TEAD degrading PROTAC HC278. Here we treated NCI-H226 mesothelioma cells with DMSO or 500nM HC278 for 24 hours and examined the change in gene expression in response to HC278 treatment.
