In the giredestrant resistance/sensitization CRISPR Ko whole genome screen in MCF7 cells, ferroptosis regulator GPX4 comes out as top sensitization hits. We like to see how GPX4 KO changes gene expression profiles, and how giredestrant alone and the combination of GPX4 KO and giredestrant long duration treatment modulate the transcriptome
