Inflammatory conditions shape phenotypic and functional characteristics of lung-resident memory T cells

GSE261708 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Other 6 samples Submitted 2025/02/25 Platform GPL24247
Summary
The induction and maintenance of pulmonary TRM is potentially affected by the initial inflammatory conditions. We performed scRNA-seq analysis to determine if immunization- and H1N1 infection-induced lung TRM differ in their transcriptional core signatures.
