HVEM in Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Facilitates Tumor Immune Escape by Inhibiting CD8+ T Cell Function

GSE261710 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2024/12/31 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Our research uncovered that the genetic deletion of HVEM in EL4 can markedly inhibit tumor progress thus prolong survival prognosis of tumor-bearing mouse. Additional experiments also verified that HVEM exerted its oncogenous-effect by constraining the anti-tumor function of T cells in vivo and in vitro.
