Summary
We present a joint scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq atlas of adult human retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) and choroid. We integrate this atlas with a HiChIP enhancer connectome to predict noncoding variants with causal roles in age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
