Single cell analysis of the impact of intermediate passaging on cell fate determination of mesendoderm progenitors

GSE262425 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/09/26 Platform GPL20795
Summary
To investigate the impact of intermediate passaging on cell fate determination, cells were passaged during mesendoderm differentiation, and samples collected at different time points were subjected to single cell RNA sequencing. We report here that intermediate passaging alters cell fate and directs mesendodermal progenitors toward cardiac cell fate.
