Effect of knockout of DNAJC12 on gene expression in SH-SY5Y cells [ChIP-seq]

GSE262547 Homo sapiens Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2024/03/31 Platform GPL29480
Summary
We here reported DNAJC12 levels are negatively correlated with the prognosis of children with neuroblastoma and the knockout of DNAJC12 improves cell proliferation and invasion in neuroblastoma cells.DNAJC12 knockout results in increase of intracellular lactic acid and H4K5la modification level. DNAJC12 affects COL1A1 gene transcription by regulating H4K5la modification level and plays an important role in neuroblastoma metastasis.
