Summary
To investigate OSMR dependency in pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells, cells were preincubated with anti-OSM, or (one of 2) anti-OSMR, or anti-OSM+anti-OSMR antibodies, then stimulated with OSM or PBS for 24 hours.
