Summary
To investigate the role of RXR during eraly OnF reporgramming, we perturbed the APC/RXR regulatory axis during tumor intiation. To investigate the role of RXR in sustaining the OnF state in advanced CRC, we perturbed its expression in AKSP tumoroids.
