Summary
GNA13 has been shown to have multiple oncogenic roles in many different solid tumors including prostate cancers. However, the molecular mechanisms that drive GNA13-induced oncogenesis and metastasis is not understood completely. To elucidate the mechanisms driven by GNA13 in prostate cancer cells, we performed total RNA sequencing in LNCaP cells after overexpressing the wild-type GNA13 cDNA in a pBabe-puromycin vector.
