Study on the effect and mechanism of c-Maf liquid-liquid separation in promoting MM cellular proliferation and drug resistance through Mtbp/c-Myc axis

GSE264392 Homo sapiens Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/08/31 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Previous experiments have demonstrated that c-Maf can undergo liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) in MM. In order to search for the downstream target genes of c-Maf based on its LLPS regulation, we successfully constructed three kinds of cells with EV, c-Maf and already c-Maf-IDR mutation, and simultaneously subjected the three kinds of cells to ChIP sequencing (selecting the FLAG-tagged antibody), and then analysed them for the differential genes, thus screening the downstream targets of c-Maf based on its LLPS regulation.

Direct links to NCBI, no account and no request form: the whole study as GSE264392_RAW.tar, processed values as the series matrix, the supplementary file directory, and per-sample supplementary files for any of the 6 samples. Raw sequencing reads are also available from ENA.

Also filed as BioProject PRJNA1102329 and SRA study SRP502837. Searching any of these in the dataset finder brings you back here.
