Summary
Cardiac myxoma is a commonly encountered, potentially life-threatening tumor within the heart. We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the identification and characterization of cellular subtypes, cell trajectory analysis, and intercellular communication of cardiac myxoma tissues.
