Summary
SNORA28 is highly expressed in CRC and associated with poor prognosis of patients. HCT116 cells were transfected with lentivirus overexpressing SNROA28 and then performed RNA-seq analysis to provide a molecular basis for further exploring the SNORA28 function in CRC.
