RNA-seq analysis of RNA polymerase I inhibitor in A375 melanoma cells

GSE267499 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/05/13 Platform GPL18573
Summary
Ribosome biosynthesis is essential for cancer growth and proliferation. This dependency is therapeutically exploitable by blocking the rate-limiting step, RNA polymerase I (Pol I) transcription. Here we investigated the effects of RNA Pol I inhibitor on expression of mRNA genes.
