Summary
To explore the gene regulatory mechanisms underlying PLXND1 knockdown in neuroendocrine prostate cancer cells. We performed RNA sequencing analyses using PLXND1-knockdown C4-2B-MDVR and H660 cells to identify the gene programs affected by the PLXND1.
