Summary
MLT2A1 was highly and specifically expressed in human totipotent embryos. To unveil the function and biological significance of MLT2A1 in regulating human totipotent embryo development and human zygotic genome activation, RNA-seq was performed for MLT2A1 KD and Ctrl KD 4-Cell and 8-Cell embryos.
