Summary
In order to investigate the effect of miR-628-3p overexpression on the occurrence and development of HCC, we added miR-628-3p mimics to Huh7 cells, and constructed MHCC97H cells with stable overexpression of miR-628-3p. Then, The RNA-seq data of Huh7 mimic NC/mimics cells and MHCC97H Vector/pGreen-628 cells were subjected to gene expression profiling
