Single-cell transcriptomic and targeted genomic profiling reveal CRTAM and PLCB1 as novel hub genes for anti-TNFα therapy response in Crohn's disease

GSE269631 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/06/19 Platform GPL24676
Summary
The lack of reliable biomarkers of response to anti-TNFα biologicals hinders personalized therapy for Crohn’s disease (CD) patients. The motivation behind our study is to shift the paradigm of anti-TNFα biomarker discovery towards specific immune cell sub-populations using single-cell RNA-sequencing.
