Summary
We performed RNA-seq analysis on HaCaT cells (an immortalized human keratinocyte cell line) under both non-inflammatory and inflammatory conditions (stimulated with 50ng/mL TNF-α), with or without treatment using Mo90Ce10. The principal objective of this study was to elucidate the molecular mechanisms governing the influence of Mo90Ce10 on keratinocytes.
