Immune infiltration characteristic of colorectal cancer with high and low immune score.

GSE271172 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 45 samples 2025/01/15 GPL16791
Summary
colorectal cancer (CRC) specimens were collected from 45 CRC patients receiving surgical resection. Total RNA was extracted from CRC tissues using TRIzol Reagent following the manufacturer’s instructions. The expression profiles were determined using the NovaSeqXplus sequencer (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA). The immune score was calculated using predictive model based on the expression profiles and the patients were divided into high-score and low-score group. The proportion of MSI patients were compared between the high- and low-score groups.
