Gene expression profile at single cell level of mouse tibialis anterior muscle cells from young and aged mice treated with or without cardiotoxin (CTX)

GSE272412 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/03/25 Platform GPL21273Platform GPL18480
Summary
The findings show that skeletal muscle tissue during regeneration contains a variety of macrophage subpopulations, whose compositional proportions and functions change with age. Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was used to analyse intercellular communication between proliferating skeletal muscle stem cells and macrophage subpopulations.
