Summary
To investigate the cooperative function Lcmr1 in the regulation of hepatic gluco-lipid homeostasis, we generats hepatic Lcmr1 knockout mice.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis, as well as RNA pol II ChIP-seq, using primary hepatocyte obtained from liver sample of the control or null mice.
