Metabolic and transcriptomic reprogramming in the transition from a proliferative to a quiescent state is mediated by YAP-dependent and YAP-independent mechanisms.

GSE272680 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/07/24 Platform GPL24247
Summary
To investigate the proliferation-to-quiescence transition we looked at metabolic flux and gene expression in proliferating (P) and quiescent (Q) mouse embryonic fibroblasts.
