The transcriptomic differences between NRP2-high expressing and NRP2-low expressing cells in BT549

GSE272955 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2024/10/11 Platform GPL20795
Summary
NRP2 is a critical protein that has been shown to play a role in several cancer stem cell properties such as tumorigencity, self-renewal, and therapy resistance. We wanted to explore the differences in signaling for cells that express NRP2 on their cell surface compared to cells that do not express it on the cell surface.
