Summary
Allergic rhinitis (AR), a chronic inflammatory disorder with complex causative mechanisms, threat to human physical and mental health. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are gaining attention due to their potential ability to treat AR. The aim of this study was to elucidate biological activity of Peiyuan Tongqiao Decoction that can act on the different processes of AR through cell abundance, DEGs, pathways and transcription factors (TFs) through single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq)
