Summary
To investigate the transcriptinal alterations in RMC-4998 sensitive LU65 cells and cells that have acquired resistance to RMC-4998. The resistant cell lines of LU65 was generated following chronic treatment with RMC-4998. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of parental and resistant lines.
