Single-nucleus-RNA-sequencing data from isolated glomeruli from 4-week-old podocyte-specific YAP or TAZ knockout mice

GSE275614 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2025/06/16 Platform GPL24247
Summary
YAP and TAZ are paralougous mechanotranducers and act as co-transcription factors pivotal for podocyte homeostasis. We used single nucleus transcriptomic data from podocyte-specific YAP- or TAZ-deficient mice to investigate their unique and shared roles in podocyte health and disease.
