AKR1B1 is required for maintaining acute leukemia cell survival by epigenetic silencing of tumor suppressor genes

GSE275641 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/12/09 Platform GPL24676
Summary
In order to explore the role of AKR1B1 in gene transcription expression, we established shControl and shAKR1B1_1 in Jurkat cells to down-regulate AKR1B1 expression in Jurkat. We then analyzed gene expression using RNA-seq. Finally, 6 sets of shControl and shAKR1B1_1 data are obtained
