Circulating nucleic acids in plasma of individuals with human lymphatic filariasis

GSE276899 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 25 samples 2025/09/10 GPL21290
Summary
Circulating nucleic acids (RNA / DNA) found in body fluids have been shown to be good biomarkers for diagnosis of infections. The short half life of nucleic acids makes them ideal choice for detecting active infections and hence good targets for molecular testing.
