Summary
We genereted via genome editing 293T cell lines with the heterozygous and homozygous nucleotide substitution c.1424A>G in the PNPT1 gene (namely EK81 and EK81.8, respectively), causing the amino acidic variation p.E475G, and studied their transcriptomes before and after 6 hours of treatment with 1 µM staurosporine to induce apoptosis
