The role of Serpinb2 and underlying mechanisms in regulating vascular inflammation during wAMD

GSE277800 Mus musculus; Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 17 samples 2025/07/31 GPL24247GPL24676
Summary
wAMD is the leading cause of blindness in AMD, accounting for more than 90% of blindness caused by AMD. Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) is the most important pathological manifestation of wAMD. Inflammation is an important factor leading to CNV, but the key factors regulating the immunomodulation of vascular endothelial cells and their underlying mechanisms are not fully understood. Here, we identified SERPINB2 as an important regulator of endothelial inflammation by RNA-sequencing.
