Summary
Trastuzumab resistance remains a clinical challenge in ᎻᎬᎡ2-positive cancers. We investigated the transcriptome of trastuzumab-resistant (HR) ᎻᎬᎡ2-positive cells to identify novel resistance mechanisms for potential therapeutic targeting.
