Summary
This study used strand-specific RNA-sequencing of epithelial organoid cultures of primary cells from KrasLSLG12D/+; Trp53LSLR172H/+;Pdx1-Cre (KPC) mice to study the pathways that are dysregulated during tumor progression following p53 inactivation. We profiled gene expression in 3 TR172H/+ and TR172H/LOH organoid pairs.
