Effect of knockdown of ACSS2 on H3K27ac in the HepAD38 [RNA-Seq]

GSE278277 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/10/01 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Our study identified ACSS2 as the epigenetic regulators in HBV-related HCC and was essential in cellular proliferation. ACSS2 promoted HBV-related HCC proliferation mainly depended on the accumulation of acetyl-CoA via tis enzymatic activity. Through the joint analysis of RNA-seq and CTU&TAG-seq, we found ACSS2 promoted HBV-related HCC proliferation by mitophagy via the upregulation of H3K27ac.
