Summary
Smoking affects the severity of TED manifestations as well as patients’ responses to medication. However, the underlying pathogenic mechanisms of smoking remain largely unclear in TED.To address these issues, we conducted bulk RNA-seq to distinguish orbital fibroblats under different time of treatment of cigarette smoking extract (CSE) from control. Besides, bulk RNA-seq was performed to unravel transcriptional differences between TED patients with or without smoking habits.
