Increased pulmonary blood flow leads to alveolar dysplasia at early postnatal developmental stage

GSE280388 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 10 samples 2025/12/09 GPL24247
Summary
We reported the RNAseq analyses of lung in two groups of mice (5 in each group) at postnatal day 14 (P14). The mice in increased pulmonary blood flow (IPF) group underwent an abdominal surgery by puncture from aorta to inferior vena cava at P7, mice in Sham group underwent the same surgery except for the puncture. The results revealed that there were differentially expressed genes between VO and sham group at P14.
